'We don't know of any longer aftermarket wheel studs made specifically for Toyota trucks and SUVs, but we learned about a solution for too-short Toyota wheel studs from our friends at Total Chaos Fabrication. Total Chaos doesn't sell these wheel studs, but told us where to find them.
"We're fitting the wheel studs to a fourth-generation ('03-to-'09) 4Runner here, but '05-and-newer Tacomas and '07-to-'09 FJ Cruisers should accept these same wheel studs. Total Chaos used them on an '06 Tundra."
"The longer wheel studs are made by ARP, and they're intended for a Lexus IS 300."

Best to cross reference the sizing listed on Arp website as I have not personally done this.

Here's a link to a recent topic about wheels studs, OP was having the same problem, it appears you can order studs for a Matrix AWD and they're 55 MM long and should work for you.

general description of the studs are M12-1.50 Serrated Wheel Stud - 14.20mm Knurl, 55mm Length
1. ARP Lexus IS300 Kit #: 100-7715 $43 for 5

I had that issue. I ordered matrix AWD rear studs. Just keep in mind that matrix studs won't work without spacer once you install them. Also, make sure that your spacers have a lip for the rim, otherwise wheels will not sit centered. I ordered special lug nuts instead of the ones that came with KSP spacers but my gut feeling telling me to order proper hub/wheel centric spacers like these and forget about crappy vibration.

Oh! And matrix studs are not flush with the spacer, they are sticking out by 4mm, I'm using 25mm spacer currently. It does work with limited 17 inch rim. I'm not sure about sr5 and sport.

Yep, I used the Dorman 610463 from a 2004 Matrix on my 2004 sport with no issues. I'll look again when I rotate my wheels, but I don't remember them sticking past the spacer.

I ordered hub/wheel centric spacers. They are coming in a week or so, I will post pictures of matrix studs and new spacers here to show the length of the studs.

Matrix studs with 1.25 inch spacers. As you can see it's not a problem because rim has internal space for extra length of the stud.

I'm dealing with this right now, just ordered the Allpro ET lug nuts.
I have the "longer" studs installed but was just short about two threads and want to be super safe, I have my first child on the way. :humble:

Dorman hubs-smaller knurl opening
I bumped this thread being the most recent.
I am in the middle of installing a TC Stock Length Dual Shock kit, which requires that you run 1.25" spacers. PO already installed them, so I wasn't thinking much about them. Tore everything down to start the job, noticed how short the stock length lugs are in the spacers, and did some research. Came across this thread and ordered the Dorman Matrix cross reference studs #610-463.
So not realizing that I have two aftermarket bearing and hub assemblies, the Matrix studs do not fit the knurl opening.
After doing a little more digging and measuring, I found that the Dorman hub opening is only 13.3 MM (this is the old stud at 13.6 Knurl diameter)
and the Knurl diameter for a replacement in the factory hub is 14.2 MM.
So from what I've read on some auto machinist forums, the ideal knurl diameter is 0.500 MM (steel) 0.700 (aluminum) over the opening in the hub. Did some more research and ordered this Dorman part #610-376.
It has the M12-1.50 thread size with a 13.82 knurl diameter (0.500 MM over) and it's length 49MM should be good to work with my 1.25" spacers. It's cross referenced from some Ford, Lincoln and Mercury vehicles. The new studs will be in tomorrow, so I will let you know how they work.
If you are looking to fix a broken stud or want to swap to a longer stud, make sure of your Knurl diameter before you order, unlike me, cause now I have 2 boxes of Matrix studs that I can't use.

So far so good on this experiement. The Dorman #610-376 wheel studs have pulled into the Dorman hub nice and straight. The knurl diameter seems to be right and the length is perfect with the rotor and spacer installed. The only downside is they have a clipped head, and are cross referenced for a Ford product, but after having to dig this far into it I really don't care.
I also ordered the All Pro Extended Thread lug nuts for extra insurance with my spacers.
So in conclusion for the FYI, if you have an aftermarket hub and want to fix a broken stud or want to replace with longer studs for spacers like I did, CHECK YOUR KNURL DIAMETER. The aftermarket Dorman hubs on my 03' have a knurl diameter almost 1 mm smaller than what is listed for an OEM hub. This Dorman hub part #930-403 covers 5th gens too.
