The tire carrier pivots just below where the license plate is. You can open hatch and get in trunk area with no issues. I did not relocate the backup cam but that is an option. I can take photos if needed.

Usually doesn't happen. Only time I think it did is when I was over 45 degrees and had to back down.

There is a mounting piece from manufacture. Or you can do zip ties.
