spark plug help with 1991 4runner v6

im changing out all my spark plugs in my 91 v6 4runner and i got all of them changed besides the rear passenger side by the firewall. i can manage to get that spark plug in there but it was easy to get the original plug out. if anyone can tell me any trick to get it in there or has a video that can help, id appreciate it

I used 3 1/4 inch extensions, you'll eventually get it, just move the vacuum lines around.

I use a 3/8 short extension. Turn it by hand as far as you can then use the ratchet while reaching in from the front. See below.

Hire a midget contortionist with tiny hands. Make sure they are left handed.

Yeah I forgot to mention that you will have to do it left handed. Unless you have a double jointed right wrist.

turns out that the hole is stripped and i have a tap for it but i dont want to disconnect the hoses and stuff and end up messing stuff because im not experienced enough. but i only have to drive it till wednesday night and ill only be going 30 miles a day. would it be ok if i drove it with one cylinder missing?

You might want to have a shop do this one. I would recommend taking the head off to re tap that plug hole (might need a helicoil) you DO NOT want metal shavings getting into the cylinders.

You kinda effed the pooch on this one. Take lots of pictures, then slowly take off the hoses marking where they all went. Whenever your working on something, its best to get all the other stuff out of your way. If you did that in the first place, this might have been avoidable.
