Speedo, Odo, trip not working, and all lights on.

Have the same issue with my 06 T4R, V8 engine. replaced the real axle after a wreck a few weeks ago. All was fine, but started hearing a screeching noise in the real drivers wheel well. Had mechanic's lift the whole car up and ran it while lifted, to diagnose the sound. Sound was caused by a worn washer on the rear brake unit. Speedo stopped working after the lift, and all the lights have been on since. Recently, the fuel gauge also has a mind of its own, rising and falling randomly, and range has also stopped working. Long story short, HELP
