Spelling Error on My Temporary Gun Permit

I have my temporary permit that expires in 60 days (eight have passed and I just got it today), after waiting for 16 weeks for this. Now after receiving it, what is supposed to be following
First Name Middle Initial Last Name
is
Middle Name Middle Initial Last Name

I am going to call the Chief of Police assistant tomorrow, but I hope they don't try to feed me some BS that I have to do the paper work all over again.

Looks like I am not going to get any grief from you guys

Anyway, my wife and I are both home sick, but she still had to go to the doctor, and as a favor to me she went to the police station to have the matter resolved. They are saying I filled out the paperwork all wrong, but I don't see how. I read it multiple times, asked others to confirm if it's correct plus the cop that fingerprinted me, and everyone said it is correct. I think they screwed up and blamed me. Not to mention they have a Xerox copy of my birth-certificiate, and license. So they can't tell me they did not know how to do the naming format correctly.
