4 spidertrax 1.25" wheel spacers installed today...took less than 30 minutes to put them on and solved the rubbing problem....had to trim more inner fender though..

Do those kind of spacers decrease your turning radius? I've noticed that my limited has a pretty poor turning radius. Not sure if that's because of the full time 4x4, or if it's because I was driving a sports sedan before buying the 4runner.

Looks like a beaut. Can you possibly take pics of the trimming you have done so I have a reference point for the near future?

Thanks

i have not noticed a difference with the spacers. i have noticed the turning radius on these things do kind of suck. i had a tacoma and imo it turned better than my 4runner...could just be me though

what was the purpose for putting these spacers on your rig?

the backspacing on this was probably too much, thus needing the wheels to be pushed out more so it doesnt rub inside. doing so however causes rubbing on fender wells when turning wheels to limit

exactly right...they rubbed on the uca's and a little on the fender....fixed the uca problem then had to really trim the fender

Not trying to be a d*#k, but you realize this thread is from 2010 and the OP only has a handful of posts, right? He may not be on here anymore.
