buy the torque wrench, its a good tool to have and its worth the investment then the one time cost of paying someone to do this. Also maybe buy a jack. I recently purchased a 6ton jack/jackstand combo from pepboys which has been great if you needed a suggestion. it was 50 bucks.

Use the above instructions. add a very thin coat of anti seize to the back of the wheel spacer. After torquing the bolts, drive about 250 miles and then recheck and re torque all the spacers.

I have stock wheels and 1.25 spacers, pushes the tires flush with the fender, does not stick past. looks perfect and does rub a tiny bit when on full lock. I put slightly larger tires on it though.

I got 1.25 spidertrax with 3/2 lift and 275/70/17 with, of course, factory rims and offset
