spray paint to match limited flares

one of the rear flares on my 99 white with silver cladding has faded badly, im having a hard time finding a junk yard replacement in good condition or someone parting one out. Thinking about just trying to re paint it myself and wondering if anyone knows a spray paint that will match. according to the buyers guide 99/00 limiteds are natural white/silver not millenium silver

All of the silver spray cans I've used left a rougher matte finish, the right color may be out there, but I haven't seen it yet.

Also, which part of the cladding are you looking for? I have the door parts already in silver.

I have the same color flares here is the matching color your looking for along with other factory toyota colors.

I'd suggest the same process. That "Perfect Match" paint will work great with Duplicolor std Primer and Duplicolor Wheel Gloss.

Just follow the process and top it off with gloss.

Be sure to use ENOUGH coats and a GOOD WET final coat or you will not get the proper glossy look.

if you repaint all of them, you could match them in white, that would look excellent.

When I painted my fender flares, I brought the paint code that I wanted to a Sherwin-Williams store and they mixed up paint for me right there, brought it outside to make sure it matched my paint, and then they made up several cans of spray paint for me. Paint ended up being a perfect match, and I then went over it with a couple coats of clear.

I had been concerned about the quality of the auto parts store paint that is stocked in the aisles, so that's why I went this route.

I'm not sure if the desert dune silver is the same as the white silver limited flares... But after some research I think the color code for the silver is 181.

I had this bookmarked, for when I get around to painting my missing flare.
