I would like to join, it's just going to be tricky with Lacrosse season in full swing March through April for my daughters.
[MENTION=137555]Sleeter[/MENTION] With enough heads-up to the actual date I could try to work it out. For me, April 15th is open for now. Obviously this is your baby so don't let that sway you with the dates that work for you. I'll just be sad if I don't get to go:crybaby:

This sounds great. If it happens April 8-9 I'm definitely in. I'll be just south of Richmond for a training course for 2 weeks prior ending on the 7th and can easily shoot over to GWNF to overland my way back to DC.

Any other weekend and I'll have to list as a maybe.

Camp will probably be about 3hrs west of Petersburg. Hopefully south of Switzer Lake. Bring a CB because there is zero cell coverage.

Did some more scouting today with my kids and dogs along for the ride.

We may need an extra tow strap for when the Heep breaks though, lol.

Sounds good. Once you guys have a general set of coordinates you can shoot them to me and whatever CB channel you'll all be on.

I may bring my daughter (9) too. Is there a physical address for where we will initially meet up? I figure it's about 4 hrs for me but I want to make sure.

I have it narrowed down to Harrisonburg VA for Friday mid-morning. I'm leaning towards the Super Walmart. You can always convoy down with me from me casa.

Super Walmart will allow me to stock up on beef jerky and anything else I forgot.

I'm not going to get into if a breather mod is really required, but on of the crossing might be mid wheel or higher depending on water levels. There is a detour around the deep crossing.
