Spring rate question and ride quality

Ok so here is my pondering. My springs in the back are kinda sacked. I want to lift. Thinking ome or ss1.2 my question is for the ride quality. Now I'm going to eventually get steel front and rear bumpers with a tire carrier and all the extras. Now the state of my suspension is making me think it's a priority over the armor.

the real question. Should I get the heavier ome springs rated for the steel bumpers even though it may be a year or two till I get the bumpers? How rough will the ride be? I don't really want to swap my springs out after a year or two that seems wasteful to me.

Of course it's a 99 4runner with sliders and not to much else but a 2"bl and 285s i figured it was a 3rd Gen specific question.
