Springs are rubbing since lift.

I panicked when I saw the spring. All I could think of is I have to fix this. The reality of it is it drives straight, its stable on the highway and despite a lazy alignment shop with no print out and a mechanic who may or may not have been responsible for the spring hitting the UCA, I'm pretty damn lucky that there is nothing seriously wrong. Sorry if I wasted anyone's time. I appreciate all the input.

Did you ever jack up the side in question to see if it is contacting? Then you will know if it was caused during install or not.

P.s. My 2cents, I suspect it is still contacting at full droop right now.

Yes it did make contact at full droop. I also put it back on alignment machine to find camber at 1.0 both front and toe of .85 left and .45 in front. After they just did it on Friday. Shop owner was really understanding and we worked on it to get it into spec.

It was 2.2 when we put it back on the lift this morning. After some guidance from forum suggestions we were able to achieve this...

0.2 camber left and right = 2.9 caster left and right
Toe .05

Any lower camber resulted in much lower caster.

Sorry to revive an old thread, but Green Guy, what ended up being the issue, & how did you get it fixed? Did an alignment fix it, reindexing coils, or new UCA's? I'm having the same problem now!

Sorry for bringing this back from the depths but did you solve your issue? I'm having it too after removing the sway bar
