Sputter on start then after 5 ~ 7 seconds runs fine.

Hey guys,

My car starts to sputter ever time start the engine for couple seconds.
No check engine light or codes displayed.

I've cleaned MAF, fuel injection system and ignition coils.
I've replaced air filter, spark plugs (gap is verified), O2 sensors (front of the cat and after the cat)
and burped the cooling system.

Things I haven't done: TPS, IAC (if there is one) and replace its coolant sensor.

What do you guy think?? anything I have missed? the car still sputtering.

04 4runner SR5 255k on the clock
Recently replaced 2 Cat converters.

The only thing I can think of now is the fuel filter is dirty. But that filter is inside gas tank. unless I am wrong here.

I suppose it is a possibility with your amount of miles, but unlikely in my opinion. The fuel filter is self cleaning in our 4Runners.
