thanks for the offer! I could've added the "ota" part and it wouldn't have been obvious that it was broken but I honestly chose not too. I like the "toy" emblem! I am considering putting a yoda face next to it...lol...just a thought!

I plasti-dipped my gold badges about two months ago and love it (see avatar). Wish I would have painted them, but was too scared to pry them off without hurting the paint. Was getting them off difficult?

Don't worry about water spots...thats nothing compared to the pollen we're getting over here in FL. I don't plan on washing her for at least another two weeks.

Keep up the good work and the good grades.

Well, technically I never got them off. When I had the 4runner painted (shadow mica of 4th gens), the shop took em off and put them back on with some double sided emblem tape. Therefore, I basically had to use a credit card to just nudge em off. However, I think people get emblems off using a hair dryer and some fishing line. Heat up the adhesive on the back of the emblem and use the fishing line to separate the adhesive from the emblem. Then use goo-be-gone to clean up the remaining adhesive.

Some stuff came in the mail today and I also ordered some LEDs for the interior (GottabeTRD inspired)

Changed my license plate frame, has been on the car since 96...I figure'd it was time for an update. And, yeah yeahhhhhhh, I got a TRD one....doesn't add any hp...but I didn't really like anything else and I think the red will look good with the LED tails which are in my near future

Hey man, so Im looking at getting a set of axuillary lights to moung to my bull bar, and since we have the same bull bar I figured you would be a great source for info.

What size are your lights? Im guessing 6". It looks like those are the biggest lights that you can fit into our bull bars. I was thinking of goint with a 4" or 5" set.

Also did you use the mounting brackets that came with the bull bar? I still have mine laying around somewhere.

These are the dimensions of my lights: 6.8"H x 6.4"W x 2.6"D. They are hella black magics 500s. Yes, they are mounted utilizing the mounting brackets that came with the bull bar. I think they fit pretty well and I personally wouldn't try to put a bigger size light in that small amount of space. cheers.

Nope, did not get my door jams painted. And it really isn't that obvious, I can take a photo for you if you would like. Also, no, I cannot see that my door jams are not painted from the outside.

Thanks! It's tough but I try yeah, I took some photos today after a 2 month period of no 4runner exterior maintenance...I should update my sig soon!

And the plastidip is holding up great except on one wheel. I had my wheels rotated and also had an alignment done. In the process, one wheel had a dime size portion of the plastidip which was scraped off. I tried to fix it and I'll post the embarrassing pictures soon.

I was planning on taking the 4runner on a road trip to Cali this summer to go backpacking but I just found out recently that I'm going to Kenya this summer! I'm really excited!

So I say this because here are some photos of my freshly washed 4runner in the same spot I always take pictures. I wanted to get some nice photos of the 4runner in the wilderness during my road trip but I guess that won't be happening for awhile.

yeah, mine had a crazy amount of pollen on it too! commuting 140 miles every weekend to Houston from Galveston doesn't help either

I like that rack with all the stickers and stuff, maybe I'll have to put mine back on, Everything looks awesome though, I keep trying to convince myself to get some duratracs for my next tire, and these pics have almost convinced me.
