Squeaking and Uneven Tires

Update:Squeaking and Uneven Tires (MORE PROBLEMS)

When I drive my 94 4runner, whenever I hit a small bump it squeaks. Is that a problem with the shocks or coil? Also my rear tires are slanted as in the wear of the tires are uneven. Both rear tires have in insides more worn as if they were roller blade wheels. The front tires does not have this problem at all. Does any one know what could be wrong? I'm sorry for these newbie questions but this is my first vehicle and I'm trying to learn. THanks for all your help in advanced

How old are the shocks on the truck?, do you have the rear sag that is common on the 2nd gen 4runner? If so I should consider new shocks and coils if you got the sag. the squeeking is most likley the shocks.

As far as the tire wear....do you have the proper inflation...were they rotated from the front and maybe that is where the problem lies?

I was wondering if there was a way to check if it's the shocks or coil.

How can I tell if I have rear sag? Rear tire gap is 6 in and front is 6.5 inches

The rear tires have a slant on the inner tires but it seems like a sharp decline. Only the inner 1/3 of the tire has the slant and the middle is perfect. I have no clue what to do. Help Please.

Also I was wondering if anyone had recommendations of what coils and shocks and tires to get and where. I live in queens of new york. (looking for comfort ride) Does anyone know a good junk yard in nyc to pick up a set of chrome bumpers? Also where to purchase a replacement antenna for cheap that auto rise and falls.

Thanks a million, fellow members

The rear sag is when your shocks and coils are bad, if you park the truck on a level surface it should be noticable that the rear sits lower then the front.

I have never heard of the rear tires wearing inside like that, that's why I asked you if they were on the front and rotated to the back.

I have KYB's on my truck the coils you can get from Downeyoffroad.com.

Tires I love My BFG's AT's got 40K on them and they still look good.

Good luck finding bumpers in a junk yard/salvage I tried when my sister in law backed into mine. It's hard to find 4runners around here in junkyards I guess thats a good thing.Try E-bay they always have replacement bumpers on there they are not OEM but they look better then a rusted or dented bumper.

You can get a replacement antenna from toyota for like $35 and do a search in "classic4runners" for "power antenna fix" I did a how to write up with pic's.:)
