Squealing noise from dash

I bought a 98 4runner 4WD just over a year ago and have an intermittent squealing noise coming from the dash. It only does it on windy days and you have to be driving in a direction so the crosswind comes from the passenger side and only after your at about 60 mph+ and the faster you go the harder it squeals. At first I thought the blower motor may be going out, but this has been a year ago and it is still working. If anyone has any ideas here it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Do you have the vent open when it happens? Try driving with the air circulating only. I have the same squeal intermittently when i have the blower on and I know you can take the blower out and lube the bearings

Thanks for the input. It makes the same noise either way. When this is going on the blower is working fine. Can't tell that the air flow changes. It's only on windy days. On a non windy day I can drive 80 mph and never hear a peep out of it, but on windy days it is very annoying to drive.

If it's the same squeal I have, it's the wind blowing through the door/window weatherstriping. Depending on which side of the vehicle the wind is blowing from, it will squeal on either driver or passenger side. Only when it's windy.

I tried rolling down windows and it didn't matter most of the time. It squeals even if the windows are all the way down. Still trying some things, but still not sure what it is yet. Put some duct tape under the hood on the ends of the cowling and that seems to make it not happen as often. If anyone has anymore ideas please let me know. Thanks
