Squealing sound help

I do indeed. I removed it, not really sure why. Maybe I was testing to see if it could be removed. I put it back in though, lol.
I never could find grease fittings that match. Some of those zerk you can't buy. I know I have one missing on one of my rigs. Things happen. :)

I broke my rear zerk off and replaced it with a small button-head bolt.
That way, it just slides off of whatever is trying to snag it.
When I service them, I unbolt it and use the zerk from the front shaft.

Little extra work, but can you unbolt the flange then pivot the u-joint to expose the zerk?

You definitely could, but that's a lot of work and I don't own powertools, unfortunately. I may have to do that in the near future though and see if I can rotate it that way.

What happens if you rotate the drive shaft then bolt it back on? Surely that internal zerk can be positioned so it can be greased while bolted in. That almost looks to me like the flange and driveshaft are out of proper sync. Maybe it cant. I am just theorizing here.

Just wait till the needle bearings fail. They go from a violent vibrations to you think your driveshaft coming through your floor.

I have no idea why folks don't grease those at least once a year. Or every oil change. Maybe just slips their minds or they don't think of it...:)

I think part of the issue is more and more vehicles don't come with zirks and so less and less people now know they even exist (on top of the fact that less and less people even know that vehicles need maintenance period). I know when I bought my 98 I got a gun within a few weeks and the stuff that came out of every fitting made me think none of them had been touched in many years. Thankfully no indications that any of those components are bad yet (I do want to drop my prop shafts at some point soon and actually check the ujoints for binding though). But anyways my plan is to hit each one with a squirt or two every oil change.

Awesome thank you all for the help.
I don’t have a grease gun but I got a whole lot of moly grease and just stuck it all in the uni joints everywhere I could get.

Taken her out for a run and seems to have been the solution.

I will for sure be adding this to my general maintenance.

That doesn't do anything. Grease will not magically work it's way into a spinning joint, you should really buy a gun, they are super cheap at HF.
