Hi guys,
Got myself a beauty of a truck. Black 2000 SR5 4WD leather sunroof. All Alberta, so no rust, 220KM's (not miles!)
I have been using this site and other forums for the past few weeks. This has been SO helpful in helping with maintenance tips and planning upgrades.
Work so far (stage 1):
- Timing belt water pump
- 265/70/16 General AT2 on stock rims
- same size Motomaster totalterrain Winter set on steelies
- Koyo 1998A radiator
- Yakima Highroller bike racks (on factory crossbars!)
- all fluids flushed, belts replaced
- new plugs and wires
Next 6 months (Stage 2):
- Bilstein 5100s all around with OME 880/906 (softer spring 1-2" lift)
- fuel delivery system clean up - fuel filter, check injectors, compression, etc.
- brake rotor replacement (considering Tundra upgrade... may not work with 16" winter steelies)
