SR5 vs Limited

Thanks. So basically I can get a fully-loaded SR5 or I found a 2011 Limited that was a demo with about 6K miles on it for the same price.
I would never use it for off-road, but want the 4WD for snow (I live in CT).
Is it worth getting a brand-new SR5 or the demo limited???

If you know nothing about 4WD systems or how they work and you are never going to go offroad then get the limited. For your intentions suffice to say it is always in 4WD and you never have to think about it or concern yourself with anything. Just drive it.

It's all about how you feel. No matter what, "demo" is a used vehicle. "Same price" is questionable as well. SR5 might have pretty expensive packages included like leather and 3rd row seat which is $3K value.

I agree with 1engineer. Living in CT you won't be dealing with heavy snows each day but will instead get the occasional NorEaster. The Limited frees you from having to make the decision when to engage 4wd and when not to which is not the case with the SR5. Also, I've noticed that when it comes to resale, your Limited will always bring more money then the SR5 no matter what the trim. I make it a habit of following the dealer to dealer auctions each week at Manheim PA and always check on the post sales prices. The limited T4R's consistently bring in a lot more money then any other trim, and are more desirable, even with higher mileage.

Sounds like you want a LTD.

SR5's are ideal if you plan to offroad (and do the necessary mods to make that possible)

Get what you feel comfortable and happy with, both are excellent choices. I wanted 4wd for snow and other situations I may find myself in, ended up with the Sr5 premo, just couldn't justify the price difference for the LTD. (obviously not the case for you since they are comparable.)
