stall hesitation on arm-up during accell from stop/?????

I have a 94 3.SLOW just did head gasket job last week. Now after start up until shes at operating temp. From a stop when you press the accelorator she tries to stall or hesitates before take off happens at every stop till thermostat opens. tested cold start time switch ohm readings are all in spec. tested cold start inj and it is dumping the correct amount of fuel and all ohm readings are in spec. aFter warmed up she runs great??? There is no catalytic converter and it ran fine during warm up before head gasket job??

any ideas here guys?

Well you don't have to run the cat, but you do have to run an o2 sensor. It's probably loading it at idle due to not knowing what fuel mixture to run.

well the o2 is there and still the same now.

You might check the timing and fuel pressures(running and rest).
