Stanky stank in my rig

It litterally smells like a baby **** in my truck (no one did NOT) and when it rains the smell seems to be even stronger. I have no clue what it is. I opened my sun roof to air it out and it smelled like it was coming from the inner workings of the roof but I can not pin point it.

Please help, its a total chick magnet when your truck smells like straight doo doo

Your sunroof is probably leaking, pull off the roof liner and see how much mold you've got growing up there.

That'd work. Just hotbox your rig a couple times so it reeks of mary jane instead of baby poo. That'd be an improvement, right?

I agree it might be mold from moisture. I had an ex with a car with mold, smelled to high heaven! Best of luck brother.

Check air filter box for mice. Also check where fan for cabin is. Created real bad smell in my car a few times

Second on the mice. They like to hide in those two places during the winter. Same thing happened to my wife's 4runner. They were in the interior blower chamber underneath the dash.

I also agree with the mice thing.... they can get pretty raunchy when they are rotting!

How do I do this? Sun roof all the way back and remove the Rubber? Well I looked and it's "clean" a bit of mud and sand from yesterday.

As for hot boxing, I'm in Texas so yeah, it goes down every once in a while:wink2:

RATS, my neighbor is having a problem with them!!!! I'll peek around but I'm unsure because the problem has been happening since November.

Hey man I usually get the job done! Also to make the stank worse, I just found a piece of squid laying in the cargo are from yesterday's fishing trip. And no this is not the source of the Stanky stank.

Check your firewall on the drivers side to the left of the brake pedal make sure it's sealed. You should have a **** ton of wires. To test it soak your windshield with a hose then check if it's leaking from the firewall.

Funny thing is, we only cought one CRAB. It was accidentally snagged I guess. So no fish. It's been around for a few months and in gonna take off the head liner to check for mold.

we do, and they are even the same color... but mines 4wd with a locker and armor and some lights...

Oh yeah make sure your windshield is sealed. Mine wasn't I had to pull the door trim to notice it was leaking down the walls to the carpet.

My truck has some odd smell when it rains from time to time. I just figured its old. All the weather stripping is old and and water must get in there somehow.
