Starting Issue

This is not my daily and parked at a friends, so I don't see it everyday. Last few times I have driven it, no issues with a cold start up. Whenever I go and get fuel and start it, it cranks but doesn't turn over, either it will turn over on the 2nd try or if i keep on cranking it for like 15 seconds or so it will start, sometimes i hit the gas and it starts. Usually starts up fine when cold, but has occasionally given me trouble while cold as well.

Fuel pump was replaced not too long ago.

What are some things I should check, I need this issue fixed asap, traveling soon with it.

Sounds like your evap purge valve is not sealing correctly causing fuel vapor to get pushed into your engine intake whenever you fuel up causing a rich condition that won't ignite (essentially flooding the engine) until you crank long enough to clear the extra fuel vapor out of the intake.
