Steering/alignment issues

My 4Runner sport edition 4wd (180k) when put in reverse,1st I hear a hard cluck noise then when i turn the wheel hard right while in reverse and slowly back it up, driver side wheel almost seems to drag and is misaligned.

I have to turn the wheel almost a full revolution and a half just to get it straight while in drive. We replaced a bad cv axel because visual inspection showed the boot was torn but the issue persist., steering rods,steering fluid looks good. I Don’t engage 4wd much at all. but unsure what to try to isolate to next...,intermediate or lower Shaft? steering rack? Any help would be much appreciated.

Check the lower control arm cam bolts. They are more than likely loose and if they have moved at all, the vehicle will need to be re-aligned.

Thanks for the feedback, upon closer visual inspection of all bolts under that right side, Discovered one of the two bolts left/right of ball joint is completely
missing! Thanks for literally steering me in right direction. Was completely exhausted after failing to isolate the issue yesterday to the replaced CV.

Any have an idea of oem part number for those bolts. Really want to make sure I replace with Oem. I know they are 19mm and have a #11 on top, but can’t seem to find after a in-depth google search

Wow, that's scary! Could've been bad had those come apart on the freeway.

Here's a link I found for them, I believe they are item# 9010516053 (48068 & 48069 in the diagram) but you'll need to double check.
