So I'm 6' 4" and i want to put a seat lift in my 4runner. Its an 89. Only problem is that the steering column isnt adjustable. Would it be possible to raise that or swap it with a 2nd gen steering column that is adjustable?

I just have one question why do you need a seat lift being 6' 4"?

^^ Seriously. I'm 6'4", and I need to drop the seat and move it back a bit on the brackets. If I lifted it I wouldn't be able get in.

Its because I'm all legs. And I was wrong, the steering column is adjustable. I just couldnt figure out where the adjustment lever was, but i got it. So how would I go about moving the seat back on the brackets?

I have a set of prp seats in my first gen and they have brackets that put the seats much further back.
