Glad to hear I am not as crazy as my dealer would like me to believe. I felt it when I test drove the truck and it was in 3-4 times before I gave up. I have been living with the steering shake/vibration for 2+ years on my '99 4-runner. I am on my 3rd pair of tires and this last pair improved it a bit. The next pair will be the Michalines that some have had success with. I have just learned to live with it unfortunatly. It's not so much the shake but the vibration that bugs me. I have found a tire rotation that vibrates less so I am keeping the tires where they are, no more rotations. I hope someone solves this.
