Look inside the wheel wells and see if you can see scrape marks from the tires.
I had the squeak sound and squirted all my front end bushings real good with a soapy water solution (never use WD-40)and the squeak went away (all my bushings are in good shape) next or even first i would check the ball joints and tie rod ends.... mine had a couple of torn boots so i replaced everything last week.
With the shaking your taling about i would definitely check tie rod ends,ball joints and even the spindle bearings
