Steering Wheel Shaking

I own a 4th gen and recently I have noticed shaking in my steering wheel when I hit speeds of 60+ usually on the highway. I took a look at the front suspension and wheels and noticed that one of the weights had fallen off so I went and got them rebalanced. Went back on the highway and the damn steering wheel is still shaking. Do y'all have any ideas of what this could be?
Trying to get this figured out ASAP because I will be making a 3 hour drive at the end of the month and don't want a shaking steering wheel the whole trip.

The obvious question is, was the balance done correctly? You could try moving the tires to the rear and seeing if that changes the vibration?

lug centric

i think your wheels are lug centric as opposed to the more common hub centric. Lug centric wheels need to be balanced using a lug centric adapter (Haweka adapter). Find a Hunter GSP 9700 balancing machine. Have them do a lug centric balance. Some Les Schwabs, Discount Tires, and Firestones have them. I also suggest you add the straight trak option. Make sure the tech knows what he/she's doing; lots don't.
Also google the crap out of "4runner lug centric" + wheel shake, vibration, shimmy, etc.

Could also be a frozen brake caliper..... Unfortunately all too common on 4th gens....
