Steering wheel vibration after all shock replacement ? (Bilstein 4600)

Hello so i have an issue with my 2001 4runner sr5
Milage: 320 000 km Or 199 000 miles
I replaced my shocks my original shocks today with bilstein 4600 series shocks part #'s:

The reason why i replaced the shocks is the truck was very bouncy , crabbing, heres a video of one of the rear shocks

Other than the bounciness i did not notice any other problems, no visible sagging in the rear, no vibrations or shakes in the steering wheel at all, no vibrations or shakes when braking (brakes were done 6000 miles ago with oem toyota parts including the rotors)
Anyways let me get to the point, after the shock replacement i noticed the rear sagging pretty bad and the steering wheel vibration with speeds above 55mph, i wouldn't call it 'shaking' , its a vibration that i can feel in the steering wheel that was definitely never there before, and it only happens on highway speeds 55 mph and above.
Has anyone heard or experienced anything like this before ? What can cause this? I mean if it was a wheel out of balance wouldn't i notice it before ? I know i need alignment but again wouldn't i feel this before ? I attached some pictures of before and after ride height, the rear is definitely sagging which was not noticeable before so that is why i didnt order new coils.

I did not replace any coils i simply only replaced the shocks, the front end seems to be a lot higher , could i have done something wrong during the install that caused the front to lift this much ?
Please help as i would like to get this resolved as soon as i can

Why would my front end come raise so high ? I didnt replace the coil, i didnt add any spacers , Any ideas ?

Take and post a clear picture of the top of the front shock/spring and also a shot from the front of each. I can't remember what it's called, but I'm betting you installed the piece that the coil sits on upside down.

I agree with Monty. I'm betting the spring seat is upside down therefore causing your truck to lift up a few inches. Your truck has got to drive like wack!

Nope, just the spring seat. The coil was put in the right way.

You might want to think about new strut mounts, yours are toast. The rubber is completely deformed. New mounts would provide an even smoother ride.
