Steering Wheel With Radio Controls?

Is there a steering wheel out there that has radio controls, or even cruise control buttons that I can swap into my '99? Preferably something that isn't horribly difficult? I remember my '95 Monte Carlo was pre-wired for steering wheel controls, even though mine didn't have them (some did, just not mine). I'm guessing the 4Runner isn't pre-wired for this, but figured I'd ask.

Never seen one in a 3rd Gen. But I can't swear that they never had them.
