Stereo text

I have a 2011 SR5. I recently had a problem on the stereo where the text that was showing what song was playing was stuck on the name of a song that was on the radio, even though that song was no longer on, and it didn't show the station name like it used to. Has anyone had that?

I ended up putting in a CD and it seemed to correct the problem.
