Stock Rear springs on 2010 4runner TE

I picked up a 2010 last week. The rear sags a little. I'm sure it age related. I have a pair of stock rear springs off my old FJ.. Does anyone know if I could swap the springs? FJ spring have about 500 miles on them.. Thought it would be a quick fix until get I get new suspension.

The FJ spring will fit the 5th gen 4runner, i had change out my previous 12 sr5 4x4 for the FJ rear spring, at first it rise the rear a little (apprx 1/2 inch) but as time goes on (in few days) the rear start to sag, come to find out the spring rate on FJ is less then the 4R, if you are concern about sagging a spacer will help, and that's what I did with my 12 4r.

I can't recall seeing a saggy rear on the 5th gen. How many miles are on it? Would you mind posting up a picture or some before and afters.
