Stock roof cross bars from. 4th Gen??

Would the cross bars from my old 06 fit on a 2017 to 2019?

Then if yes, how tough are they to remove? I know the knurled knobs hold the bars in place but do they disassemble easily?

Doubtful, they're probably not the same width.

I have 2 sets of 5th gen cross bars I would let go cheap. I had 4 stock cross bars on my 2016 4runner
