Stock Tire Rub on Limited?

My unaltered 07' Limited with 80k on odometer has stock 18" factory aluminum wheels with stock Michelin 255/60/18 tires. I'm experiencing front right side tire rub against inner wheel well/fender (yet to be determined) when making a hard left turn. Is this normal?

check the aprons located betwen the engine bay and the wheel well. Theyre kinda fragile when the material and will tear loose of the fasteners resulting in them flopping around and making contact with the tires..
