Stock Tires Rubbing??

I had a lift installed on my '14 Limited, 3' in the front and 2' in the rear. I didn't install my Total Chaos UCAs because I had a seized cam bolt. Tires are 265/70 17 KO2's.

I went off roading a few weekends ago, nothing crazy. Now my front driver tire is rubbing the fender well. Any thoughts on what may be causing this? Will the installation of my UCA's help this rubbing?

None of the body panels or fender well appear to have moved. They are still aligned and the fender well bolts all line up.

Yes, I had an alignment after the lift with no issues. I'm using TRD OR wheels with no spacers.

what is your caster? with that sort of lift you'd want to be in the 4 degree range. if you started rubbing after offroading you prob knocked it out of alignment again, likely decreasing caster even further

Alignment probably didn't take into account wheel placement. They can move the wheels forward (which is what they should do on a lifted 4runner) or back if they're not paying attention, and just looking at the computer they use.

You should add your UCA's, then get it aligned properly with as much caster that they can get out of it (wheels moved as far forward as possible).

Is it rubbing in the front or rear of the wheel arch?

I'm assuming you got your cam bolt un-siezed? Or did they align it around the cam's frozen position?

It is rubbing in the front. They aligned around the seized cam bolt.
