Stockinteriors.com install experience??

So along with the baby's room, we gotta clean up the baby's ride. My wife's carpet is nasty because she rides around with Starbucks cups everywhere so I ordered a kit from stockinteriors.com. paid extra for the mass backing, like the stock carpet has. We get the kit and it seems like pure garbage. Showed up crammed/wadded up in a box so now it looks like a topo map. My biggest issues are with the wheel well covers and the fold down seat backs. The wheel well covers are hideous and don't come close to matching the shape of the stock ones, and don't have the mass backing on them like the stock ones. The seat backs are supposed to wrap around the backing board of the seat so as to not see a cut edge of carpet. The stuff they used is way to thick to wrap or look anything close to right. Anybody used this kit?

Call them up and explain the issue. That color is pretty damn gross too in my opinion. Order swatches beforehand.

I bought my carpet from them. You have to let it sit out in the sun for a little bit and it takes it's shape better. The wheel well covers fit perfect for me. Just make sure they are on the correct side and have the correct orientation otherwise they seem kind of off.

The seat backs were the hardest thing. If I did it again I would probably cut off the mass backing on the edges that are going to wrap around. But I was still able to wrap it around and staple in place with some effort.

The color is fine, not sure why it looks so bright in the pictures, I'm sure anything would better than the old stuff though. These wheel well covers are crap, I bet I could form them better in my kitchen. How in the world do you peel off the backing? I'm down for trying, if they don't take this stuff back, but I don't want to spend all day on that, I have so much else to do.

I don't think your putting them on correctly. Leave them out in the sun and then try putting them on. Mine are molded perfectly. There is a lot of excess carpet that needs trimmed.

I didn't even try to install them yet. Just laying one on the floor compared to the stock piece it's not even close, like it didn't spend enough time in the former and most of it fell out already.
