Stop horn with alarm activation

Hey all- First post. New to me 07 T4R which has the manual but no pamphlet on the alarm (which is, AFAIK, the basic model- no LED button by my left knee and normal toyota fob). The first few weeks I had it, the key fob would lock/unlock the doors and give me a piezo beep with it. This is how my old 4runner was, normal, nothing unusual.

Then about 10 days back something changed and now in addition to the beep the horn honks. Once for lock, twice for unlock, just like the beep. But the horn is crazy loud and I want it to stop.

I have had no dead or disconnected battery, no mods, nothing I'm aware of that's changed. It just started happening. My guess is I have accidentally triggered this, but I can't figure out how. I've searched the forums, google, and others, and I can find mentions of similar but no definite solution.

So... anyone know how to disengage the horn from this process? Thanks!

Just bought an '05. This was bothering me. under steering wheel, on the panel, there is a little black button. press it, horn will honk twice. Now horn does not honk when I unlock/lock doors. No idea if this is after market alarm
