stuck bulb

Any suggestions if the light bulb is stuck in the socket and it won't turn to remove? It looks like the threadis off, as part of it is stuck out of the base.

Tried usin' some rust release oils? like WD-40 or something similar. Should come off if you use that and some brute force...
