If its on his own property he can do what he wants, especially if he is the only one at danger. But it doesn't look like its his property, so thats not good then.
Not really a big fan of it, and definitely not too happy to see him flaunting it.
Just a ditch on my property no need for alarm. Remember I'm below the mason-dixon, there's still a high degree of personal freedom and private property rights down here. Neighbors don't call police or complain they come to help (like in the picture). I understand the heckling if I was on a county road but if I can't do as I please on my own property than it's really not my property.
