How did you run the coax from the mount to the center console?
Also I posted my CB install elsewhere on this forum but never copied it over to here.
I got the K400 bare mount from Universal-radio.Com for $43.90 shipped to my door. Other than that I was originally in the group buy for the mount that was supposed to be like the 3rd gen cb mounts by the taillight. But when that design changed I settled on the k400. I had already purchased a firestik firering 18' cable and I used that but it wasnt the best option. I'd suggest at least an 18' cable and use a standard stud mount. I placed the k400 very low on the door/hatch and had to grind off some of the tab that sticks out so it wouldn't hit the bumper. For reference thats a 4' firestik firefly antenna with QD attachment.
