Subwoofer Amp replacement

I replaced my JBL headunit with a Kenwood DDX 371 and JBL and Polk speaker in the front and rear doors. Soon thereafter I noticed the rear subwoofer and tweeters and the rear door speakers stopped working . The subwoofer is barely audible and just has an crackling sound. I am concerned that the amp and the subwoofer need to be replaced,. I don't want to do a extensive rewire. Can anyone suggest a new amp and subwoofer that will replace the factory system with minimal hassle ? Thanks.

wahoossi, I think I may still have my OEM JBL amp sitting in a box in my garage. If I do, it's yours for free; just pay for shipping.
