I highly suggest NOT going with NAPA, AutoZone or any other nationwide retailer of auto parts.

Yeah I have talked to them. But by the time I purchase these plus shipping I'm just shy of doing the lotus axles from you guys and for the moment after just adding a new addition to the family it's a little out of my budget

I would rebuild the factory ones with an OEM boot kit for $52. Your factory axles are much better quality than anything you're going to pick up at an auto parts store. The part number for the boot kit is 0443835061. If you absolutely don't want to re-boot, then OEM CV's are $152 part number 434303503084.

Rebooting is not too difficult and this video walks you through step by step:

I wish I had that option on the second owner of this vehicle and they have already been replaced with aftermarket

Do you have a local PickNPull or auto wreckers near you? Maybe you could snag an OEM set from a wrecked 3rd Gen 4runner or 1st gen Tacoma. You could reboot them and run them on your rig or possibly keep them as trail spares.

It seems Napa Lifetime axles come highly recommended. They will probably be your best bet from an auto parts store. There's lots of dudes on this forum who use them and also off-road and they swear by them.

That's a opinion. For example. I've been running autozone gold cv axles. Ofcourse I rebooted them with longer boot. Been beating on th me for years.

I've got NAPA Maxdrives on both sides now. Passenger side has 50k miles on it, and the driver side has maybe 3k miles on it. No issues what so ever. I still have my stock axles and may reboot them for incase I ever have an issue with mine or break one on the trail.
