Sulfer smell fix prior to installing Magnaflow?

Just got my magnaflow exhaust. I was going to have the sulfer smell TSB performed yet I havent had the dealership order the parts yet. SHould I just wait for the dealership to perform the TSB before installing the exhaust? Do they actually remove the whole exhaust to perform this TSB?

To avoid any issues with the Stealer I would wait to install the Magnaflow till after the TSB.

i had the TSB done after the install of my Magnaflow with no hastle...but its always wise to schedule dealer maint prior to installing aftermarket goodies.

Stealership update

Ok, so Im having my cats replaced per the TSB for the sulfur smell. I get a call this morning saying an oxygen sensor seized (in the manifold I believe) while replacing. Now the jackasses needs my runner for another 3 days to order whatever the hell parts they need. Do you even mess with the oxygen sensors for the replacement. I swear, I have the worst luck at dealerships as anyone. Why is it when I get "one of those calls", I always assume some assprick crashed my suv while parking it or whatever and now they need the time to pix it. I guess I assume the worst.

Same thing happened when they did mine and they had to replace one of the exhaust manifolds.

I had the TSB done way before I put the Maganaflow in. Even after TSB, the sulfur smell was still there, just not as bad. After I put the Magnaflow in, it really reduced the smell a lot. My dealer wouldn't give me a hard time though.

ECM reflash

Just picked up the runner with the new cats. I understand many owners who have had this done the dealer reflashed the ecm. My dealer mentioned it was not required on this TSB. I have a 2005 v8. I know the 2003-04 tsb calls for reflashing the ECM. I have yet to find the actual tsb for 2005 v8's.

Does anyone have any input?
