sulfur TSB - HELP

i know theres numerous threads on the sulfur tsb, but i dont have time to sort through all of it to find an answer...
i took my 03 v8 in today to have the tsb done...they told me they had to flash the ecu, and if that didnt work than im to try changing the fuel type...if that doesnt work, theres nothing they can do i was told...but other guys have said if the recal doesnt work, than the cats get changed etc....
are they feeding me BS? im in canada so im not sure if its different here or not...if anyone can please let me know id appreciate it, esp if your in canada and have been through this...thanks

The TSB says they will change the cats and flash the ECU. Print a copy of it and bring it to them.

Not sure if it is different in Canada.
