Sunroof discovery

Haha, I've been out all day enjoying my extenze sunroof and come back to two pages of garbagio!! Get away from your desks get out driving!

I wish. daily drive to/from work is 35 miles. I would love to go fishing, but it still dips into the low 30's at night and doesn't warm up in the 50's until around 4pm.

That sucks, poor guy.

I went out on my boat twice last week and this Wednesday will be next, haha!!

yeah i am hoping by memorial day week i can enjoy my 1 week vacation to go fishing every weekday before the weekend mobs show up.

i don't care if i even catch anything, just nice quiet 12-14 hr day of fishing with no cell service. and my spots are empty during the work week so no stupid jet ski's or fishing boats to disturb.

That's the beauty of fishing, but it's annoying to bring friends that don't really get it and are bored when there are no tight lines after 20 mins. With the young kids at home, I seldom get peace and quiet, so a day off from work and my favorite drive on spot is a day so well spent. Spring run here we come.

yeah i usually head out about 7-8am get to the spot around 9/9:30 fish until 9-10pm.

i am a catch/release type. i run 2 lines at most using slip knot bobbers, or if i am really lazy, put a bell on the rod tip.

I've gone 2-3 hrs between fish, but eh, no one to bother me. the warden hates it i have no cell service, but that's the whole point.

Moonroof? Ballbusting? Welfare State? Fishing? I cared about my moonroof when I clicked this thread, don't anymore. I'm too lazy:banana: to look it up, but didn't 1E want an elitist thread? Where would the rest of us go to read pro level scarcasm? Fishing? It's 84 here! Wish I worked with people as sharp as you nimrods. :thumb:

Not elitist, veterans, and no it was not my idea. You probably do work with people that are sharp. :brick:

Bait fishing and catch and release? Don't they go belly up after you retrieve your hook?

Perfect example...I, like the OP, was too lazy to look up the thread, and got it wrong. Anybody check their moonroof?

I couldn't find the thread on 'things you didn't know about 4 runner'...BUT, did you know the sunroof opens to a certain point with the auto open function, but if you try to open it more it'll open another 2-3 inches? Strange/cool/why??

fine, you folks are no fun :)

nope. when I push the slide to open it opens the all w/o stopping, same for closing.

I believe I read in the owner's manual that "...the moon roof stops slightly before the fully open position to reduce wind noise".
