Sunroof

Never looked at a first gen with a sunroof in person. Would it be possible to install a sunroof from one 4runner into one that doesn't come stock with one?

I don't see why not. You'd have to do a lot of welding and cutting though. Probably not something I'd try but the sunroof doesn't retract inside the cab or anything. It just kinda lifts up and you can pop it out if you want. I have mines out int he summer.

Practically impossible to transfer it from one vehicle to another.

But installing an aftermarket sunroof has been done for decades.
