Hey guys, I'm trying to build a lil custom roofrack which will later turn into a roofbox. I'm using Superstrut, an attachable steel beam from Home depot. Looking into using a U bolt/ pipe clamp for attaching it to my stock sport edition roofrack.
Does anyone have the correct U-bolt size to attach stuff to the SE roof tubes? I'm having a heck of a time finding the right size.
To prevent damage to the roofrack I was thinking of sliding rubber tubing over the ubolt.
