Supercharger guys, I need a lil help

Just installed my new TRD s/c and got a couple questions. It's running great besides the clutch slipping at gear change. I am the second owner of the kit and the guy says it's been sitting on his shop shelf for months. Only installed on his Tacoma for a couple thousand mile before he sold it. Took a while but it's installed now, and running fine.

I'm running 7092 NGKs and a 2.65 pulley

The vacuum line that runs from power steering goes where now? It was at the top plenum in the front. Now there's no place for it and it's not in the supplied diagram. I've got it capped off to the side. You can see it ending over by the ABS junk.

What's the smallest pulley that I can run without the 7th injector? I am not interested in getting into the power range requiring the 7th injector kit. I understand the need for it with high boost, that's why I ask my limitations w/o.

Anyone want to recommend a clutch?

Took a while but it's installed now, and running fine.

I'm running 7092 NGKs Highly recommend that you do a search here or on yotatech in regards to plugs... You'll find that you seriously need to upgrade those. Read some, it will save you a lot of grief. and a 2.65 pulley

Sorry if it seems I am being too critical, but it seems like you did very little research before you threw this thing on... I highly recommend reading everything you can about these things. Gadget's site is a good starting point.

The clutch is mine, I've had it in the truck for a year. (not the best)

The S/C is 2nd gen. (2000 miles on it)

I got the kit from a mechanic that is a huge Toyota fan. I did a lot of digging in the supercharger threads, I guess not enough to be able to shit out blue prints but enough to get by. I'm pretty good around motors and this isn't my first forced induction project. I followed the mechanics instructions and according to him this pulley and these plugs would keep me in the "safe zone". I've got no pinging or any signs of detonation.

Let me just clarify- I'm not running my truck on a track, I drive it on a daily basis on some serious hills. I was sick of having to seek out 3rd gear to get up the hills. I went up the same hill today in 5th with no problem and it was awesome! I was the one in the passing lane:flame:

Hell, there's that one guy on here running a turbo with no fuel mods! Works for him!

Clutch holds fine as long as I don't rip gears. It's not a race car so whatever. Only about 4psi with the 2.65 pulley. I've got my gauge tapped into the same line as the fuel pressure reg. The next smaller pulley measures 2.25" in the valley. I'll try it out later in the week.

The 2.65" is the underdrive pulley, I would think the stock pulley (2.37") would be fine with no fuel mods and colder plugs.

I know Steeze is running the 2.2" pulley with no fuel mods, but he has a timing controller and is at some elevation here.

I have the stock pulley and no fuel mods with Denso IK22 plugs and there is no pinging or anything. When I go to the 2.2" pulley I'm putting the 7th injector on.
