Supercharger on the 22re

That's a lot of money to gold-plate an outhouse doorknob. I could see the investment in a little track Celica at half the weight, but not for a truck.

well i have a customer who has a 22re buggy and he asked me about the superchargers and i told him that i have never used on on the 22re and if it was up to me i would do a v6 or something. i cant imagine 10psi doing much on 2.4 torque engine

If he wants a quick 50hp boost, it'd be much cheaper to change his motor to a 3rz. That'd be dead simple in a buggy.

Throwing ~$5k in parts in a 22re sounds stupid... For far less money you could swap in a 260hp 1uz.... and then turbo it...
