Cool. So the part Im interested in is not your typical request. Toyota calls it the steering yolk sub assembly. It's actually really easy to get to. I got to mine in about 40 minutes, taking my time. I think this is the part that's causing the loosness I feel between the steering wheel and steering rack as I could feel and see the play in it when I took everything apart a few days ago. Here's the diagram from toyota (part circled).

2 problems with this, the Surf was RHD, so steering components could very well be different, and more importantly, the salvage was already sold over a month ago, so I don't have anything other than what's listed to sell, lol.

Thanks, but I've already replaced it. Another Surf as nice was going to be very hard to do, so I went with something a few years older, and with some "extras" over the Surf.

I would be interested in the complete rear hatch, spoiler and tire carrier similar to Blcktpsgr set up. I see the spoiler and tire carrier maybe available.
Do you know what is required to latch the tire carrier on a USA 3rd Gen hatch?
Would the spoiler require modding to fit a USA 3rd Gen hatch.
After reading through your thread it appears the hatch was tweeted and not available.
My concerns are tire carrier without the surf hatch latch catch, that's a mouth full LOL, would leave the modded tire carrier with no place to secure the latch. It's going to require some shortening of the TC so not to obstructing the 3rd Gen lic plate . I'm hoping there is a simple solution for the latch. I'm OK with mounting the TC to the side panel, measure 100 times drill once ........Right.
If available we can PM logistic........regards 8sm

-LHD driver side kickpanel w/ roadflare - $40
-Visors (both), gain a driver side mirror - $35
-SSR-G rear spoiler, includeds switch and pigtail, and all brackets, small paint chip on corner, easy fix when repainting - $225
-"Hilux Surf" badge plate and "SSR-G" badge - $50
-grey rear cupholder - $10
-grey ’96-’98 armrest/console lid 9/10 - $15
-’96 Hilux Surf carpet floor mats (front and rear over-the-hump), could use a cleaning, but good shape - $40
Make me an offer on any of these items, want them out of my way!
