Suspension Build, what parts could I be missing?

I am building my first real suspension on a 08 V8 Limited. I have lots of parts ordered and awaiting arrival. I am curious if there are additional parts that I am overlooking. My goal is to build a (stage II) suspension. This is what I have on order or in my possession:

-Front sway bar relocation kit (Icon)
-Fox Racing Coil Over 2.5 0-3" extended travel Front and Rear ext. res w/DSC
-Icon UCA (tubular Uniball)
-Crown extended Rear Brake lines
-Rear OME Coils 2"

Is there anything else that I should be tending to while I'm installing this? (not doing the diff drop)

Duh! Factor

I guess I am looking for the "DUH"! factor. I don't want to be totally disassembled and realize, hmmm this is critical. Or that would have been nice to install right about now.
I figure armor will come next. Shins guards, plates, etc.

Hi all,
I recently made a pair of rear end links for my heavily modified 4Runner, attempting to build upon the great aftermarket upgrades that are already offered. After running trails such as Elvis and Woodpecker in Arizona (YouTube them if you’re not familiar!), I am convinced that these are a superior product. I am offering these to fellow forum members only, if interested. These fit all 03+ 4Runners and 07+ FJ Cruisers, except for those 5th gen TEs that have the KDSS option. The main features of the sway bar links that I am offering:

• Zinc plated, Teflon lined rod end for superior longevity
• The unique feature of stainless steel misalignment spacers on both sides of rod end. In my experience this prevent premature wear of rod end from bolt and nut contacting rod end at full articulation
• Beefy zinc plated threaded steel rod rated at 125,000 PSI tensile strength
• New Energy Suspensions polyurethane bushings (I have tried thermoplastic and, in my opinion, these are too soft to hold up to many episodes of intense articulation). The supplied bushings are notched to carry additional lubricant. Much like Total Chaos UCA bushings, I have found that a waterproof and multi-purpose synthetic lubricant containing PTFE - such as Super Lube - prevents squeaking.
• All new Grade 8 hardware
• Available for 0-3” lifts, if you have more than 3" of rear lift I can build a custom set to meet your setup (please PM me if that is the case)
• Simple installation with 19 mm wrench/socket.
• Instructions for installation/proper bushing deflection are provided

Looks like a sweet setup and looking forward to seeing it installed!
Not really "lift" related but since you're gonna have it pretty much apart anyway may want to consider..
-upgrading to CVJ axles with the red inner boots (lifting with the oem cv's tend to cause leaks on the aged boots after the lift is installed, sometimes it's just a rebanding that's needed but sometimes the boot tears (which would mean a new boot or a new cv depending on your choice)
-refurbishing your oem lower control arms with new poly bushings and maybe some new cam alignment bolts (unless you know you're 7 year old bolts aren't seized because you've had a recent alignment...). Also worth checking your LBJ.
-if you're gonna keep your sway bars and haven't yet upgrade to greasable poly sway bar bushings

adjustable rear panhard bar (Sonoran steel, icon make adjustables off the top of my head)
offset rear lower links (Sonoran Steel makes a saweet set! metaltech has some too)

bumpstops
metaltech makes a drop block for the rear
wheelers sells new front bumpstops and shims

could look into a trim packer or rear spacer to eliminate the drivers side lean. better to do it once

Yeah. The coil overs are only for the front. The trim packer is used on the driver side rear coil to correct the lean caused by the gas tank being on the driver side.
