Suspension Installer in the Chicago Area?

Looking around to have someone do a Beilstein shock install (front and back) and possibly Cornfed spacers in the back also.

Anyone know of a shop in the Chicago area that will do it right and not price gouge me? I checked with a local shop here in the Northwest burbs and they quoted me $700!
